WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND SERVICES:

– The warranty covers all possible breakdowns due to manufacturing defects or defects in the materials used in the construction.
– The warranty period for the Happylegs machine and the Manos Sanas massager is the 5 years from the date of delivery. The warranty period for exterior components, transformer and remote control, is 2 years from the date of delivery too and against any manufacturing defect.
– In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, efforts that will be free to the consumer within the warranty period indicated.
– The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two months to two years of delivery.
The guarantee loses its validity by:
– Improper use or not use in accordance with the operating instructions supplied with the product.
– Breakdowns caused by blows, falls, crushing, destruction by fire or water.
– Disassembly or manipulation of the product by personnel other than Autoergon 2002, S. L.
– The holder of the guarantee has all the minimum recognised by law (Law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, published in the Official State Gazette of 11 July 2003, which incorporates Directive 1999/44/CE, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999).
The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile. Also, as an entity adhere to “Confianza Online” and under the terms of its Code of Ethics in case of disputes relating to online recruitment and advertising, data protection and protection of minors, the user may resort to the system of out-of-court settlement of disputes “Confianza Online” www.confianzaonline.es
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days after the material possession of the goods ordered, without the need to justify the decision and without penalty of any kind, returning all the amounts paid, including shipping costs, if any, provided they are in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation.

You have three different options to return a product:

In this case you must write in the subject WITHDRAWAL FORM.
Once we receive the good in our warehouses, and after checking its condition, Autoergon 2002, S. L. will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund all or part of its amount and shipping costs, according to the method of payment made, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods. The direct cost of the return will be assumed by the client according to the G.L.D.C.U.

If the return is for reasons that product has not arrived in the desired condition, we inform you that all shipping costs are paid by Autoergon 2002, S.L., and you will be replaced by a completely new product. If the product is not returned in the same original packaging it will suffer depreciation.
